My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The rooms were spacious, some with larger balconies, but there was an issue with a drainage smell, which was quite unpleasant. The view from the balconies was lovely, but we had to pay extra, totaling £110 for 7 nights.
The hotel offers amazing rooms but with a downside of inefficient cleaners. The service is a mix of rudeness with a spark of friendliness here and there, particularly the old man managing sunbeds. The location is convenient, although the dining experience may not meet everyone's taste preferences.
The hotel was spotlessly cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels, but unfortunately, I won't be returning to this hotel as it doesn't meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. Let's say the rooms are okay overall, though they were dirty and had no hot water for the entire week despite multiple complaints to reception.

The hotel had a decent room for the price with an adequate size, clean, a sofa bed, 1 queen bed, and a single bed, though slightly outdated. The cleaning staff's habit of entering the room early without knocking was bothersome, but the overall decorative order was good. The service was highlighted by the friendly entertainers and exceptional staff like Gul at reception and Dina from guest relations who made our stay extra special. The location offered a great social vibe and activities but fell short in the dining experience.
The hotel rooms had a strange smell coming from the bathroom and required daily calls to reception for toilet paper. However, the hotel's location was great, the pool area was well-maintained, and the dining options were satisfactory.
